This surf lesson will get you standing up in no time. An hour out in the water will consist of getting you geared up, and pushing you into waves, and by the end of the lessons we hope to get you paddling and catching your waves. We will get you into the right waves to help you learn how to surf. The water in Florida is a great place to begin your surfing journey.

This calming hatha class is perfect for beginning yogis as well as those with a regular yoga practice. You will enjoy long stretches that open your body as well as a gentle flow. Pose options will be provided so that you can listen to your body, set your intention and enjoy the practice and pace that is right for you. The spirituality of this place will bring you into a deeper connection with your body, mind and nature. Notice your breathing as you listen to the waves. Do a downward facing dog as some of the local dogs walk by. Relax with pigeon pose and hear the birds sing. Beach Cabana with music! Experience a day at the beach in a cabana tailored to your musical ear. We will meet at the Broadwalk stage at the meet time ,we will walk to the cabana location on the sand. Bring your freinds and combine cabanas!. We will get you seated. While you catch the ocean breeze Taylor will welcome you with drinks , snacks and share stories about the beach community while listening to a custom playlist of music. Menues will be provided to order from the bar & Grille. Gaze at the calm ocean waters, take selfies ,relax as you warm your toes in the beach sand. The 10x10 cabana has recliners, table ,cup holders, and secure storage.
